In B2B P2O program, we are
developing a new SAAS application using Salesforce. This application will
eventually replace the old legacy application, which is currently in use for
handling the CRM activities in Telstra. For CLM we are using Salesforce third
party application Apttus. We are doing enhancement in this application from
last 3 years.
